By accessing or using Akabbo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Akabbo is a crowdfunding and creative platform that allows users to raise funds and give support for projects, causes, emergencies, community needs & memberships.

Akabbo does not guarantee outcomes or success of any campaign.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to use the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use funds only for the stated campaign purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not engage in fraud, deception, or harmful activity

5. Campaigns and Donations

• Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable
• Akabbo does not verify all campaigns
• Donors are responsible for their decision to contribute
• Campaign creators are solely responsible for fulfilling promises or use of funds

6. Donation Refund Policy

• Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled, returned, or adjusted.
• This policy applies to one-time contributions as well as recurring donations.

7. Billing Errors and Corrections

If you believe an error has occurred in connection with your payment (such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount processed), please contact us at support@rubypesa.com. We will review the situation and, if an error is confirmed, take appropriate corrective action.

8. Fees

Akabbo may charge platform or processing fees, which will be disclosed before transactions are completed.

9. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post but grant Akabbo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote it on the platform.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Post false or misleading campaigns
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to disrupt platform security or operations

11. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the community.

12. Disclaimer

Akabbo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses resulting from campaign participation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akabbo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
