Egg and bread sandwich like you’ve never seen!

In 2024, you have to egg and bread sandwich like you’ve never seen. Here’s how!

Ingredients:

• 2 slices of your favorite bread (white, whole wheat, or any preferred type)
• 2 eggs
• prepared minced meat (see recipe here)
• 1 irish potato finely chopped and boiled
• 1 tablespoon
• Butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Finely chopped green onions
• Finely chopped tomatoes
• A pinch of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
• Sandwich maker
• Additional toppings (optional)
  • Cheese slices
  • Avocado slices

RECIPE 1:

Instructions;

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add your chopped tomatoes, green onions and coriander leaves in preferred amounts and beat together.
2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the butter and let it melt, coating the pan evenly.
5. Add the mixture to the pan and cook the eggs to your preferred doneness (fried or scrambled).
6. Butter your bread slices on both sides
7. Add your buttered bread slices to your sandwich maker
8. Add your cooked eggs on top of your bread slice ( at this point you can add your slice of cheese if you prefer) and top it with the other bread slice and turn on your sandwich maker
9. When the sandwich maker is done doing its magic, open and remove your sandwiches.
10. Serve your sandwiches on a plate and dress with slices of avocado and enjoy.

RECIPE 2:

Instructions;

1. Boil the eggs until they are ready, finely chop them.
2. Boil the irish potato until ready, finely chop it.
3. Add the prepared minced meat, green onions, coriander leaves in preferred amounts with the above two ingredients in a bowl and mix.
4. Before you add seasoning in the mixture, first taste since the minced meat is already seasoned and add accordingly if there is any lack.
5. Butter your bread slices on both sides
6. Add your buttered bread slices to your sandwich maker
7. Add your mixture on top of your bread slice ( at this point you can add your slice of cheese if you prefer) and top it with the other bread slice and turn on your sandwich maker
8. When the sandwich maker is done doing its magic, open and remove your sandwiches.
9. Serve your sandwiches on a plate and dress with slices of avocado and enjoy.

Feel free to customize both recipes with your favorite condiments, such as ketchup, hot sauce, or mayonnaise, to suit your taste preferences.
